Regarding my Amazon order # 408-5277795-6588343, I repeatedly received a product labelled “EXTERNAL USE ONLY / NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE”, even though the Amazon listing claimed it was suitable for internal medicinal use.

Because of the misleading description, I consumed the product earlier, which caused continuous diarrhea and stomach discomfort.

The product I required is a Shastric formulation meant for both internal and external use, as per the standards and reference mentioned in the Ayurvedic Formulary of India (AFI). However, the item you delivered is labelled “External Use Only / Not for Medicinal Use,” which does not match the AFI-based requirements for safe internal consumption.

I request:

✅ Immediate full refund
✅ Refund without another return pickup
✅ Investigation and action against the seller for misleading listing
✅ Correction of the product page to protect other customers

Kindly resolve this urgently and avoid pushing me towards further consumer/ legal remedies.
